Step 1: Start With Clarity

Step 2: Partner With a Trusted Buyer’s Agent

When you work with a REALTOR®, you gain an advocate who represents your best interests. Your agent has a legal duty to act with loyalty, confidentiality, and full disclosure — negotiating the best possible terms for your purchase and guiding you through every stage

 


Step 3: Get Pre-Approved

Knowing your buying power is essential. A mortgage pre-approval gives you clarity on your budget, makes your offer stronger, and speeds up the process once you find the right home

 


Step 4: Touring Properties

Once you have your budget set, it’s time to explore homes that match your criteria. Touring several properties gives you a real sense of the market and helps you refine your priorities. We’ll also provide market data so you can make informed decisions

 


Step 5: Making an Offer
