Our 5 Step Home Buying Process
Step 1: Consultation
Purchasing a home can take time, there are several details to review and consider. We want to make sure we are helping you navigate through the next steps and what to expect. We will get to know all the features you are looking for during our initial consultation.
Step 2: Pre-approval
We want to make sure you are fully equipped to move forward when you do find that perfect property. We work with a team of mortgage specialists and upon request can get you pre-qualified and ready to start looking. This helps us identify our budget and search parameters.
Step 3: Home Search
Let’s have some fun, it is time to start searching for your new home. We are dedicated to promptly viewing new homes as they come to market and work with you and your viewing schedule. We will set you up with 24/7 access to live inventory as it comes available.
Step 4: Agreement
The agreement and negotiation. We will make sure your contract is executed accurately, reflecting all the conditions required and review this with you thoroughly. Negotiations are underway to get you the best value and secure the terms.
Step 5: Closing Coordinator​
Once we have an accepted offer we jump into action, making sure all the back-end details are taken care of as we guide you through the final steps with the mortgage details, inspections, and lawyer details. We are on the home stretch to delivering your new keys!
