Calgary Housing Market Update – June 2026

Calgary’s housing market continued to move toward balanced conditions in June, with sales improving over May while inventory levels remained elevated across many property types. Although overall activity remained slightly below last year's pace, market conditions continue to vary depending on property type, with detached homes showing resilience and apartment condominiums offering increased opportunities for buyers.
