Thoroughly committed to creating a seamless experience, Erin Reeves specializes in finding
solutions to help her clients turn their real estate dreams into reality. Growing up in the
Okanagan, Erin says her interest in real estate was piqued early on when her father did some real
estate development work. “Because of that, I always watched the development side of the market
and paid attention to what was going on,” Erin recalls. Erin went on to earn her license at age 24,
and she bought her first property within that first year. That was in 2006, and since then Erin has
made a name for herself through providing reliable, expert customer service to her clients.
As the founder of Reeves & Associates, Erin serves Calgary and the surrounding area. At least
half of the team’s business comes from repeat and referral clients, a testament to the attentive
care Erin and her associates provide. This personal touch is especially apparent in their approach
to guiding clients through the new build process. “Before starting this team, I worked directly for
new builders in Calgary, so we have so much expertise in the new home construction market as
well as the resale market,” Erin explains. “People feel that they can call us and get the inside
scoop on what’s happening.”


Erin works closely with clients from the start to the finish of a transaction. “With many of my
clients, I took them through the whole build process, which is not an overnight transaction. It’s
an 8-12 month relationship. When we can take our clients through that whole process and get
them to the finish line, they feel that they know us really well and feel comfortable referring their
family and friends to us as well.”


That dedication continues long after the closing. Erin and her team follow up with clients
regularly throughout the year after they move into their new home, checking in to make sure
everything is going well. “We want to make sure that our clients don’t feel like they get the keys
and then have no support after that,” Erin says.

In case any needs should arise, she says, “We have a list of trades and suppliers on our preferred team and we will get on the phone right away
to eliminate any stress. It can be hard to find someone to come in and do a small job these days, and we’re making sure we’ve got a whole deck of contacts we can help our clients with.”

Looking toward the future, Erin says, “We are focusing on building out our team so we can make sure we’re serving all of our clients the way they need to be served. I’m looking to create a
boutique team of elite agents with the proper support. We want to be the team of the future: a 100% client-focused, tight-knit group doing an excellent job and finding solutions for both sellers and buyers to make sure we’re helping them achieve their real estate goals.”
