After becoming a Realtor in the Okanagan in 2006 Erin jumped right in joining a real estate team and becoming a licensed office manager and transaction coordinator, Erin wanted to learn the job from the ground up. She quickly transitioned into a full-time agent and contributed to the team’s high level of achievement. Moving to Calgary in 2010 she partnered up with one of the largest new home builders in the city and sold over 200M in sales volume and won numerous sales achievement awards in the industry. She watched and studied the internal operations of each builder she worked with and the extreme dedication to customer service and knew she wanted to implement these systems and world class experience into Reeves & Associates when it launched.
